Position Basic Description

ENGINEER Look up GIN for employee, enter maintenance and failure reports and updates (including wipe tests), look up part numbers, run reports.

ET Same as ENGINEER plus create PO to order parts for repairs and goods receipt, restricted to assigned plant.

STOREMAN Same as ET plus update inventory and verify PO for invoice.

CLERK Same as STOREMAN plus access to update sales documents and generate invoices to customers.

FSM Same as CLERK plus create maintenance notifications, reset maintenance counters, change equipment plant assignment (PM).

DIST. MANAGER Same as FSM plus inventory difference posting, less PO creation authority. N2/M4 level PO release authority.
