Task 1 - Verify sources on Equipment List
Step 1 Run Equipment List for District w/ Radi
Transaction Code - IH08, Enter AuthorizGroup = RADI, MaintPlant = {your plant number} and Cherry Bomb


Step 2 Verify actual source inventory with source list in BASIS
Step 3 Notify Ken Turner of any discrepancies
Task 2–Create & Complete Work Orders for the last wipe test of each source
Transaction Code - IW31 or Logistics>Plant Maintenance>PM Processing > Orders > Create
Enter OrderType = ZPLA
Enter Equipment Number as it appears on the Equipment List for the Source
Note: format change GSRJ-A1733, the first dash and all leading zeros have been dropped
Green Check

Enter Short Text: { Wipe Test, Meter Calibration, or Inventory Only }
Change Basic Start Date and Order Finish Date to date of last wipe test
Enter Operation Description: name of person performing test
Click on Padlock
Green check past both warnings that the dates are in the past

To Complete Work Order > click Complete (techn.) > change reference date to that of last wipe test. > green check


This first completed work order will place the source on the Radiation Source Control Report with the Next Date for wipe test calculated to be 150 day from the date of the completed work order.
Task 3 – Run Radiation Source Control Report
Go to: Information systems > General Report Selection > Sales & Logistics > Wireline & Testing Reports > Plant Maintenance > Radiation source Control Report

Enter Company Code = STCW, STLW, SCLL, STCA, or SCLW : and your maintenance plant, cherry bomb

Task 4 – Create & Complete a Work Order for future wipe test as they occur
Same as Task 2 above, but the three dates should be changed to the date of the actual wipe test.
