1. First use transaction /nih08, fill in equipment WHE* and your MaintPlant. F8 (execute) (or green check with red ball). This will give you a list of your WHE sets (superior sets) for your plant in Basis.
2. Use transaction /niw39. Select outstanding order status, and WHE* and MaintPlant as above. F8 (execute) (or green check with red ball). This will give you a list of work orders that show pressure tests are due.
3. Use transaction /nip03. In the maintenance plan field put one of your superior set numbers -Q, example WHE-H-1014-Q. Enter, then click on scheduled calls. This should provide a maintenance plan that requires Q check (hydrostatic check) periodically. If there is no maintenance plan for your sets check with your district PM champion or contact Phil Lindauer (link on bottom of previous page).
