The Quality File is to be standardized throughout NAM. It is a brown wallet style folder (picture below) that contains 5 files: Rite History, Rite History floppy, Material History, Certifications and Test Charts. The Rite History should have a page for each WHE component. The pressure chart should be referenced from this page and checked for correct format per WTH Guidelines (linked from WHE front page). The Rite History and Certifications should indicate the equipment has been through a Major Survey.
